About John Harvey

John has been practicing law for over 25 years.  He has the highest peer review rating (AV) with Martindale-Hubbell. He has been lead counsel in over 40 jury trials in State and Federal Court.

 

He has represented government agencies, Fortune 500 companies and individuals throughout courts in Georgia in serious and complex matters. 

 

John earned his law degree from Samford University, where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.

 

His main practice areas include tractor trailer accidents, wrongful death, personal injury, insurance law, business litigation, construction litigation and family law.

 

He is also an ATP rated jet qualified commercial pilot.  In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and loves outdoor activities.
